I'm actually pleased with the result, there are still many things i could have tweaked, the feet slide a bit much, and the hands when his arms flop down at the end, they pop a bit, you have to look carefully but it's there.

Pretty good job

Here's a little test animation i did. it was just a test to see if i could lip sync a fast piece of dialogue at 12 frames per second. Turned out alright.
